EcuestriaNET: National Network of Equestrian Experiences

Start1 January 2024
End1 September 2025

Description →

EcuestriaNET – National Network of Equestrian Experiences was set up as an initiative to structure, energise and professionalise equestrian tourism in Spain, providing a governance and coordination framework among the various parties involved in offering equestrian experiences across the country. Equestrian tourism is a growing activity built on the country's long-standing tradition with horses. The initiative was launched by three main partners: the state-owned company EXPASA Agricultura y Ganadería, as the project's coordinating body and manager of Yeguada Cartuja – Hierro del Bocado, the Hipódromo de la Zarzuela racecourse and the Real Federación Hípica Española.

The three partners, all with significant standing in the equestrian sector, are joining forces to create this Network, with the aim of laying the foundations for a collaboration that will later allow other players to join and offer their equestrian experiences to end consumers interested in this market.
